This is how to draw the character "Tsu". It is composed of three strokes.
- The first stroke is a downward diagonal from left to right.
- The second stroke is also a downward diagonal from left to right.
- The third stroke is a downward, right-to-left arc.
- With two dots (called nigori) it becomes "Zu," but this character is rarely used in modern Japanese.
- Please note the difference in stroke placement and direction between Tsu and Shi.
