Fashion Reviews ~ Fall 2007
- Antoni and Alison - Wow...where do I start. There was a lot of risky colour in this show, but this leotard look is simply a disaster.
- Vivienne Westwood - Since she is always has the most diverse ensembles I usually find few faults with Vivienne Westwood, but this one, was just over the top. The colours and patterns do not even clash into something desirable.
- Donna Karan - This actually is not that bad after staring at it for a long time, but out of everything in the show, this was definitely the worst.
- Elie Saab - I am not sure how I feel about the sagging top of the dress, but I think the lighting for the show was dramatic that just about anything could look good.
- Isabel Marant - I have never been a fan of the ankle boot, but I enjoy the spirit of the 1980s that flows through this (even though she did the same thing Fall 2006, too).
- Ralph Lauren - The suede dress...I doubt it is actually suede, but it is still intriguing.
- Donna Karan - This is so simple and yet, that small splash of colour makes it exotic and splendidly extraordinary.
- Elie Saab - Back to Elie Saab...It is just sheer enough and has just enough shine to make me say "Wow!" in a good way. The pattern do not even pull away from the rest of the design. Beautiful!
